I have been selling real estate since March 1995. I can provide you with a wealth of knowledge, information and experience in the real estate business.

I am committed to being your friend in the business when buying or selling real estate. I work hard with my clients to meet their wishes whether it is buying or selling a real estate property. You will be in an agency relationship whether buying or selling when you authorize a real estate agent to represent you on your behalf. Real estate agents work within a framework of legal principles called agency that are performed on your behalf as per our "Agency Disclosure" brochure.

My listing commission is always negotiable and hopefully fair.

I actively market listings that have been listed with me. You will be working with an experienced real estate agent. Your property will be staged on a very sophisticated and complex multiply listing system that works under strict rules, bylaws and integrity.  The MLS system is one of the most recognized world wide real estate listing systems. Your property can be viewed anywhere in the world with the help of modern technology. A consumer will have the satisfaction in knowing that the property has been listed in a very dependable and well-established system that operate under strict rules.

I am a recipient of the Re/max President's Club Sales Award, Re/max Executive Club Sales Award, the Re/max 100% Club Award (2007,2008,2009); "#4 EXIT agent for number of Ends Sold and #5 EXIT agent for Listings Taken in Saskatchewan in 2010-2011; and in the 'top 10' producing agents with EXIT Realty Fusion in Regina for 2010-2011". In the past five years, have averaged 50+ sales per year.

I am a member of the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council Inc. as an Accredited Buyer Representative. A buyer's representative represents the consumer who is purchasing property, not the seller. A buyer's representative works for and owes fiduciary responsibilities to the real estate buyer.   It is the buyer representative that has buyer's best interests in mind throughout the entire real estate transaction.
